The Role & Portfolio You will be working amongst a team who are passionate just like you about achieving positive workers' compensation claims outcomes and working collaboratively together to achieve the best service for the client and injured worker.
Initially, an SME claims portfolio across both new physical & psychological claims, you will later have the option to specialise within one of these portfolios.
Portfolio sizes will all be under 65 claims at any time.
Support from a team of specialists to ensure you are able to perform your role at your best.
Benefits Salary Range up $95,000 + Super Flexible working hours, with a 9 day-fortnight compressed hours after probation.
Hybrid working 3 days from home post training.
