This role will be responsible for leading excellence in learning design. This will be achieved by partnering with business stakeholders to define high level strategies and working with Designers to develop their capabilities.

Key Accountabilities: Translate the capability needs into a learning solution strategy and planPartner with stakeholders & Senior Capability Manager to confirm success measure for each learning initiativeDrive the development and implementation of a number of key learning initiatives across the division.Manage relationships and lead design resources and external partners to develop and source "best in class" learningDelivery of learning solutions that meet design standards and build skill or change behaviour through practice and applicationLead and integrate the enterprise future-focused capabilities into the learner experienceAdvocate a culture of learning and foster a culture of continuous improvement What do I need?

The successful candidate will have:
Extensive experience in Capability ManagementDemonstrated strategy development and execution experienceDeep learning & development expertiseProject Management skillsAbility to influence and collaborateA risk management mindset.Data and Analytics knowledge (not mandatory, but advantageous) How do I apply?
