The Customer Communications team is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies and campaigns to existing Bankwest customers.
The Campaign Analytics team drives existing customer value within segments via relevant, targeted and personalised communications.
Key to reaching this vision is to create a multi-channel, automated, relevant and personalised approach to communications and leverage advanced analytics to provide truly targeted and amazing experiences throughout the customer life-cycle.
Do work that matters The role of the Campaign Analyst is to - in collaboration with key stakeholders, develop insight driven targeting and data strategies for direct marketing and lead campaigns that optimise campaign performance across key metrics.
You will design, build, implement and manage data that delivers targeted customer communications and key data points for campaigns.
Key to success will see you leverage a deep understanding of campaign performance methodology and analytics to optimise campaign performance for new and existing campaigns.
More specifically you will Utilise IBM Campaign, design, build, implement and manage data that delivers targeted customer details and key data points for campaigns Ensure data programs are designed to leverage suite of data assets (i.e.
customer segmentation, propensity models) Work within relevant constraints (including Risk Appetite) and optimise campaign performance Perform quality assurance checks on colleague campaigns Leverage a deep understanding of campaign performance methodology, campaign reporting and analytics to optimise campaign performance for new and existing campaigns Monitor and evaluate campaign performance based on provided suite of campaign reports Work with campaign stakeholders to leverage past learnings in new campaign development Lead continuous improvement initiatives across both operational and performance aspects We want to hear from you if you have Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and ability to pick up technical concepts quickly Experience querying relational databases and performing analytics Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to communicate effectively in writing, visually and verbally - Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders to deliver great solutions Results oriented as well as focused on continuous improvement - Proven leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders to optimise outcomes Qualifications Tertiary Qualification in a quantitative or other relevant discipline Advanced MS Excel Competent across suite of MS Office programs SAS/SQL or other relational data programming skills desirable Decisioning experience desirable Marketing Tool experience desirable (UNICA Interact, PEGA etc) Working with us Whether you're passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career with Bankwest is for you.
