Senior CA / Contracts Manager - Commercial Build Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager required for a Heritage project with a Mid Tier Construction Contractor.

The Client:
Mid-tier contractor, privately owned Mainly Sydney metro based 60-70 employees Down to Earth, flat management style structure, quick decision-making processes & open-door policy Family orientated, monthly BBQs, partners invited to most social events, wellbeing days, company team into city 2 surf Will consider working holiday VISAs for the right candidate The Position – Senior Contract Administrator / Contracts Manager
Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedules Preparation of head contract progress claims Submission and evaluation of variations Managing both upstream and downstream with a focus on managing downstream Head contract administration Prepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction Manager Administer RFIs to clients and consultants Assisting Project Manager with daily operations Maintaining project document control Build relationships and negotiate with suppliers Man management of the team Key contact on the project Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience as a CA Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related field Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations Excellent leadership and organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience on similar projects – resi builders, construction or developers If this sounds like you, please send your CV to: or give me a quick shout on 0434 440 883.
