The Client: Mid-tier contractor, privately ownedMainly Sydney metro based60-70 employeesDown to Earth, flat management style structure, quick decision-making processes & open-door policyFamily orientated, monthly BBQs, partners invited to most social events, wellbeing days, company team into city 2 surfWill consider working holiday VISAs for the right candidateThe Position – Senior Contract Administrator / Contracts Manager Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedulesPreparation of head contract progress claimsSubmission and evaluation of variationsManaging both upstream and downstream with a focus on managing downstreamHead contract administrationPrepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction ManagerAdminister RFIs to clients and consultantsAssisting Project Manager with daily operationsMaintaining project document controlBuild relationships and negotiate with suppliersMan management of the teamKey contact on the projectSkills and Experience Minimum 5 years' experience as a CARelevant qualifications in Construction Management or related fieldStrong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulationsExcellent leadership and organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience on similar projects – resi builders, construction or developersIf this sounds like you, please send your CV to: ****** or give me a quick shout on 0434 440 883.
