A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Business system administrator to join this busy team for a 12-month assignment.
About the role: Provide assistance in developing budget cost plans and forecast for the business case to support the program.
Provide analyse in vendors' budget requirements to support the program.
Provide reports & briefs for SDP & OCIO leadership as required.
Provide effective financial control of the business case for optimal procurement decision making.
Schedule & organise project meetings / workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports, to track progress and support decision-making.
Assist in Scheme Corporate Systems procurement activities under Director & Project manager(s) guidance.
Assist team members, project managers and director for Ad hoc project administrations tasks.
About you: You will have 3-4 years' experience working in a similar role.
You will demonstrate experience in working in a federal government procurement team.
You will demonstrate strong budget skills and attention to detail.
You will demonstrate experience in hands-on procurement activities.
You will demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
You will demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
