Senior Business Services Accountant

Lead Group, a renowned business advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Business Services and Advisory team in Perth. As a Senior Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and develop a unique blend of taxation, management accounting, and professional services skills.
Key Responsibilities: Preparing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, FBT, or payroll tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts.Utilizing accounting software, including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks, to provide expert services.Providing tax planning and business advisory services to clients, analyzing financial and non-financial information to assist clients in monitoring performance.Developing strong relationships with clients and promoting the firm and its services through quality product delivery.Identifying potential additional work opportunities among current clients and actively promoting the firm and its services to both clients and associates.Participating in team training and mentoring, contributing to the growth of the team's knowledge and the business as a whole.Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Business Services, with strong technical skills.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar, with working towards or completed CA/CPA qualifications.A solid understanding of accounting standards and reporting responsibilities.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Expertise in accounting software, including APS, MYOB, and cloud-based tools, such as Xero and QuickBooks.Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or work rights.About the Firm: Lead Group actively supports career progression and offers opportunities for professional development.
