We are seeking a Senior Business Partner to join us, this role is a full-time position , based in Perth . This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, high performing team that enjoys making things happen. Partner with business leaders on how to lead their teams and build a meaningful culture where people can deliver exceptional solutions for our clients.
About the role Build relationships with business leaders to deliver end to end services around core people functions, including talent acquisition, remuneration & benefits, coaching & development, and talent management. Work with People & Performance Business Partners across the Ausenco group (in Australia and overseas) to develop attractive project conditions for employees mobilising to site. Provide effective HR advice, coaching and support to key stakeholders. Advise on employee relation matters and contemporary practices. Support the development and delivery of HR projects. About you A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar. Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and build strong relationships. Advanced communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Experience in similar industry is strong desired. W
