Focusing on employee relations and strategic workforce planning, this role partners with Talent Acquisition, Performance, Inclusion, and Capability teams to drive impactful organisational development.

Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management or other relevant stream, or equivalent level of experience across required areas of expertise.
Highly developed leadership capability to influence, lead, coach, develop and motivate others.
Demonstrated experience in HR business partnering with stakeholders to achieve business objectives including interpreting industrial instruments/legislation, provision of advice relating to performance management and conducting complex investigations.
Proven ability to lead and support change management initiatives in a complex and often challenging work environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, trust and rapport with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
