We are looking for a Senior Business Manager to lead our Sydney team reporting to the Executive General Manager, Australia and for them to become an integral member of our Senior Leadership Team. The successful applicant will possess and have a passion for the following:
Experience in managing or growing large temporary and/or permanent recruitment teams A proven history of delivering exceptional levels of customer service High energy, professionalism, engaging – presence with a people first approach Strong sales leadership background - ability to engage with c-suite customers and decision makers in all industries including banking, financial services, consulting, corporate Willingness to be the face of our business including media, networking events and a social media presence Business acumen with the ability to strategically plan and execute Exceptional people leader skills Strong networks in New South Wales (desirable) Financial acumen - the role includes full P&L responsibility The ability to lead our 'Work and Smile' vision In return you will receive many opportunities and benefits:
