As the Senior Business Intelligence Manager, you will manage the BI team, scope in data inputs, storage and outputs, reporting and dashboarding, automation and client servicing. You will work closely with your direct manager, team members, and external stakeholders regularly to collaborate on various projects. You are required to articulate complex data manipulation processes/requirements to team members and other stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities: Leading a small team of Senior Business Intelligence professionalsTaking accountability & ownership over all BI projects across the agencyExploring new data transformation and reporting tools and techniquesWorking closely with Annalect clients, identifying and interpreting business needs and responding with BI solutionsDiscovery and requirement gathering across all new BI projectsBuilding, testing, and delivering engaging dashboards, reports, and insightsBuilding solutions in tools such as Tableau where necessaryYour Expertise: 5+ years of Senior BI experienceExperience managing a technical BI teamExperience working with cloud environments like AWS and Google Cloud is a mustAn analytical/ investigative mindset with a customer-centric outlookCapability to develop and document new processesAbility to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines under pressure, through definitive planning and prioritizingWant to be part of the team?
