Your New Role
The Senior Business Experience Manager will report to and work with the Senior Manager - Business Experience to drive key outcomes and behaviours with the team and other stakeholders. The role is responsible for ensuring their portfolio positively contributes to the Fund's sustainable growth objectives. This includes, but is not limited to:
Increasing density of members through positive engagement with BusinessesRetaining or achieving default status with BusinessesFacilitating the engagement and education of members through workplaces and associations with the objective of improving retention and member outcomesDeveloping programs to attract new contributing members to the fund through the B2B channel and other intermediariesConduct analysis of potential new business opportunities to build a pipeline for execution of conversion to default.Build an opportunity plan to convert non-default business to default businessesLeading employer uptake of digital tools to drive member growth and better employer experiences Please note this role is a 12 month contract What You'll Need Excellent relationship skills, proven ability to initiate, maintain and manage relationships to gain cooperation and meet timeframesRG146 certification is essentialSuperannuation experience is essentialWell developed, written and verbal communication skills including proven experience in dealing with confidential or sensitive issues and ability to develop and maintain rapport across all organizational levelsUnderstanding of compliance infrastructure and its applicationDeep product understanding of superannuation including defined benefit, risk, Centrelink, investment choice and pension-based products.Strong reporting and analytical skillsExcellent collaboration skills, including being a team player and working with people outside your direct team.Agility to learn and adopt new products, features and tools with an interest in technology.Growth mindset, hunger for learning and a natural curiosity Life at AustralianSuper
