The employer we represent is looking to recruit a highly experienced Freight Forwarding professional to join their National Business Development team.
This division focuses on identifying and engaging customers who require comprehensive solutions spanning 3PL, 4PL, integration, and vendor management.
They are seeking a strategic partner who can deliver tailored solutions to help drive their clients' businesses forward.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to: Open doors with C-level decision-makers. Present and educate clients on solutions that meet their needs. Leverage your internal network to identify and implement the right solutions for your prospective customers. To secure an interview, you should demonstrate proven experience in the following areas: Sales Management: Owning, monitoring, and driving all sales activities for customers within your portfolio.
Ensuring prospects are identified, qualified, and nurtured through the sales pipeline to close profitable and sustainable deals. Industry Experience: Deep knowledge of global supply chains, with the ability to deconstruct complex supply chains and tailor product solutions to meet customer needs.
Solid experience within the Freight Forwarding sector in a similar role is essential. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the best outcomes for both customers and the organization. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a successful sales team and adhere to company structures and procedures. Salary: $200K package plus incentives (pending experience)
