About the role This exciting newly created position, will pave the way for our Retail Media sales space! You will manager the entire sales cycle, building out the beast we call "Retail Media" as a purely new business Senior BDM.

Your FocusPosition the value of Cashrewards' media product offering to mid-level and enterprise level businessesEducate and guide prospects through the merchant's journey to help them learn how Cashrewards can grow their businessLeverage your skills and your customers' experience to continually evolve our product offering, sales proposition as well as the sales processManage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential merchantsClose business with new and existing customers at or above quota levelPartner with internal stakeholders such as the Marketing and Client Services teams to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new productsBring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company values, unique culture, and vision for the futureAbout YouExposure to retail media offerings and partnerships highly preferred Well developed experience working in a digital marketing or media sales roleExperience in successfully executing complex sales cycles with C-Level executivesExperience of quota carrying and closing experience with a consistent track record of successExperience preparing sales proposals, forecasts and account planningKnowledge of how the digital marketing landscape works and the role commercial or retail media plays in driving full funnel marketing objectives from brand to ROI attributionExperience with large complex commercial and legal facilitations working with other business functions/teamsExceptional consultative selling and closing skills In the fast moving cashback category, Cashrewards has powered ahead of its rivals and taken the lead, serving over 2 million members with an enticing range of cashback offers from more than 2000 brand partners including Apple, Amazon, Myer, Liquorland, Adidas, Bonds, Target, Booking.com and The Iconic.
