Senior Business Development Manager

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving our client's market expansion and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll lead the Business Development Hub and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives Manage and mentor the Business Development team, including Sales & Marketing and Bid Management Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners Collaborate with engineering teams to develop effective business strategies Monitor industry developments and competitor activities Set and achieve sales targets in line with the company's financial strategy About You Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field At least 7 years' experience in a senior business development role, ideally within professional services or engineering Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach What's On Offer Competitive salary package commensurate with experience ($160,000 - $180,000 + Super) Opportunity to shape the growth strategy of a respected engineering firm Professional development and career progression opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment If you're ready to take your business development career to the next level and make a significant impact in the engineering services sector, we want to hear from you.
