We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join the Till Sales team to develop partnerships and strategic alliances with Online & Digital merchants, Payment Service Providers, Orchestration Layer Providers, and Embedded Payment Technology vendors. This position is key for optimising and driving growth in Revenue across Till Payments sales channels.
No two days in a high growth, global scale up are the same, but these will be your key responsibilities:
Partnering with the front-line teams to build and drive solution focussed sales opportunities
Drive day-to-day pipeline management, operational excellence and execution
Industry expert in payments and e-commerce trends
Build strong and active cross-functional relationships across the Large Enterprise Sales and support teams
Identify and lead transformational shifts in our customers
Lead e-commerce, mobile commerce and embedded payments solution selling, engaging at a C level to support the front-line teams opportunity discovery and acceleration
Drive cross-team collaboration across our internal and external customers & partners
Who are you, and what experience will you bring?
We're open to different skills and backgrounds who can help us deliver on this role, though it's important that you'll have:
Passionate customer advocacy – being the face of Till and the voice of the customer
Strong knowledge & experience of eCommerce, payment gateways, and online payment methods (both mainstream and alternative) in the payment processing industry is preferred.
Strong critical thinking ability to prioritise effectively and deliver against key objectives and milestones
Ability to visualise and design project and implementation plans
Customer support experience in software, SaaS or technical products
Keen perceptive intelligence in assessing and understanding client requirements and driving solutions to meet those needs
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through oral, written, and in-person mediums
Experience within payments or E-Commerce environment/fintech background advantageous
Willingness and ability to travel nationally to customer sites when required
Keen interest in payments and being part of the future of Till Payments world domination
