We're on the search for a superstar Senior Business Development Manager - Distribution Connectivity.
As a Senior Business Development Manager - Distribution Connectivity , your primary focus will be to own, adapt and execute the connectivity engagement strategy across Distribution globally, delivering quantifiable results and managing complex relationships.
You will work as part of the Cloudbeds Partnership team.
The focus of the partnership team is on growing and managing relationships with other technology & services companies ('partners'), with the ultimate aim of providing a strong integrated technology offering to Cloudbeds customers.
This usually involves having best-in-class API integrations between us and our partners.
This role requires you to be creative, collaborative, and eager to tackle new grounds.
You will need the ability to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with Cloudbeds partners, quickly assessing the attractiveness of potential opportunities.
Location: Remote with a preference for candidates based in EU or NORAM What You Will Do: Engage and develop key partner distribution relationships globally based on the Cloudbeds strategy; Define and track account-based objectives and key results related to Distribution partnerships covering growth, go-to-market and overall health; Build and nurture multi-level relationships with key prospects and partners; Drive better integration and alignment between partners and teams focussing on revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, and customer support; Manage partner programs and ensure Cloudbeds becomes and remains the strategic/premier provider of major channels; Work with the marketing team to establish a clearly differentiated and data-driven commercial positioning and go-to-market strategy; Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of key business objectives, channel revenue deliverables and related product enhancement initiatives.
You'll Succeed With: 5+ Years of Experience required in a Distribution role within technology, and consulting, business development, account management, digital marketing and/or professional services; SME knowledge of the distribution / connectivity landscape including OTAs, Wholesale, CRS, GDS and Channel Management required; Proven ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; A team player who can lead by influence; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team; Flexibility to work across multiple time zones; Demonstration of ability to interact and ultimately influence executives and leaders; Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions; Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask; Ability to demonstrate Cloudbeds' core values.
