With their Perth office based in Kewdale, our client is a well-established and highly regarded company, specialising in Express Road Freight Services.
To manage their growth and customer base effectively within WA, they are looking for an experienced sales professional to join their team and oversee the day-to-day marketing aspects of their business. Working closely with the State Manager and other departmental managers, this role is seen as critical to the ongoing success of the business.
This is a 'Hunter' role, in which you'll be looking to identify, appraise and secure new client opportunities and then manage them effectively to help grow their long-term value to the business. A great package including a generous vehicle allowance and achievable commission scheme is available to a suitably experienced and motivated sales professional. What do you need to excel in this role? A demonstrated background in a similar role and environment Strong client identification, attainment and maintenance skills, along with territory management skills Professional presentation and proposal development skills, complemented by the ability to demonstrate these skills in a customer-focused environment The ability to effectively manage a 'client-facing' role in a demanding environment.
