Senior Business Analyst - Workflow Automation

Ethos BeathChapman , in partnership with one of our key clients, is seeking a  Senior Business Analyst  with workflow automation experience for an initial 12-month rolling engagement with hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with business and technology groups to ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Workflow management analysis and implementation experience to drive project success.
Perform end-to-end delivery as a BA, including process mapping, functional documentation, and data analysis.
Work on transformation projects, liaising and collaborating with external teams as required.
Assess the impact of dependencies and delays, driving workshops and circulating outcomes.
Build a backlog with features, epics, and stories.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, establishing working relationships with the product owner and other interfacing teams.
Contribute to capturing and managing RAID for the initiative.
Document functional and technical requirements, acting as the bridge between the business and developers.
Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end delivery as a Senior Business Analyst.
Past experience working on transformation projects.
Strong E2E experince and the ability to drive workshops and circulate outcomes.
Tech and Business engagement, and the ability to adapt strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent understanding of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
