About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the NDIS and Home Care Packages business of EIH CARE', a leading provider of community care services. Based in Parramatta, NSW, this full-time role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's footprint in these key service areas.
What you'll be doing Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to identify, engage and secure new NDIS and home care clientsBuilding and maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through active prospecting, networking and relationship buildingPreparing and delivering high-quality proposals and tender submissions to win new businessProviding expert advice and guidance to potential clients on the company's service offerings and the application process for NDIS and home care fundingCollaborating with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clientsMonitoring market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvementReporting on sales performance and contributing to the development of the company's strategic business plansWhat we're looking for Proven track record in business development, preferably within the community services, healthcare or disability sectorsExtensive knowledge of the NDIS and home care funding models, along with a deep understanding of the needs of these client groupsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively negotiate with clientsStrong commercial acumen, with the capacity to identify and capitalise on growth opportunitiesDemonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategiesAbility to work independently, with a high degree of initiative and driveRelevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, healthcare) are highly regardedWhat we offer
