Senior Business Analyst with FMCG & Supply Chain domain experience and Business Case Development experience | Sydney Lead the development and delivery of detailed business cases, ensuring they align with organisational goals and industry standards. Engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to define project scope, objectives, and key outcomes. Work with cross-functional teams, including business, finance, operations, and IT, to design financial models, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and build ROI projections for business cases. Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and inform strategic recommendations. Map and document complex business processes, workflows, and requirements to support business case development and ensure a clear understanding of impacts. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and meetings to gather requirements, validate needs, and achieve consensus among diverse stakeholders. Supply Chain and FMCG experience is mandate Present analyses and recommendations in a clear, structured format, tailored for executive-level audiences and technical/non-technical stakeholders alike. Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment on project goals and objectives. Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery of business case documentation. Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business case preparation.
