We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital and Cloud team. The team is working on delivering new and exciting digital applications that provide our users with a better user experience. This role reports to the Lead Business Analyst, and will work closely with whole scrum team, as well as with the other Business Analysts. Your role responsibilities will include: ·Work closely with product owners to elicit, analyse and define requirements ·Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies ·Write user stories, epics, and functional specifications ·Work closely with developers to ensure that business requirements are understood, and that all the relevant details are included in the user story ·Ensure that appropriate documentation is created and updated at all stages of the project ·Assist in the preparation of business cases and project evaluation activities ·Process mapping (current and future state) and identifying opportunities for processes improvements ·Support the design, development, and delivery of the change management plan ·Lead business requirements gathering and process design workshops. Your Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications, combined with working knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools.Your preferred working style is to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.You will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a rapidly changing environment. Your stakeholder management skills are critical to your success.Your collaborative style is a natural strength, as is your business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. You will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the business demands at G'Day Group.
