This is an initial non-ongoing contract until 30 June 2025.Role 1 (Agile Implementation Project)Developing a business case and value propositionsReviewing and gathering existing business requirements documents and identifying gaps.Working with stakeholdersPreparing procurement documentationCreating and maintaining project documentationMapping current and future state processesWork with training managers and BAU support groupLiaising with potential vendors throughout the procurement and contract negotiation process.Providing support and guidance to the implementation teamTranslating business requirements into technical specificationsRole 2 (Market Refresh Project)Analyse current business processes and data flows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvementDefine and document business requirements and specifications using modern elicitation techniquesCollaborate with vendor, IT team, and staff to design, configure, test, and deploy a solution that meets business needs and expectations.Support user acceptance testingWork with training managers and the BAU support groupMonitor and evaluate performanceWork with Product Owners to determine backlog priorities, plan showcase workshops, and assess the impact of requirement changes.Maintain product backlog using the Department's DevOps applicationRequirements/SkillsAt least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or consultant in the life sciences industry.Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, biotechnology, or related field.Experience with LIMS implementation, configuration, and validation.Knowledge of laboratory workflows, data standards, and regulatory requirements.Excellent stakeholder, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Ability to quickly adapt to highly technical areas such as biotechnology and diagnostics.Experience working with scientists and promoting compliance with departmental policies and guidelines.Benefits Working With Karlka Recruiting GroupWeekly payOngoing support: Pre, during and post placementDedicated consultant per contractEmployee Assistance Program availableOur agency supports Indigenous communitiesHow To ApplyApply now to be considered for submission to our client by 19/04/2024 Consultant: SangEmail for questions only: ****** apply through this portal.
