You'll help us leverage emerging technologies to transform the way whole communities interact.
In this role, you'll: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritize business requirements, author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and other project documentation from scratch.Develop Business Cases, produce Business Cases artefacts including conduct enterprise analysis.Utilize the MS Office Suite to produce professional reports and presentations.Ensure seamless communication between business and delivery teams, driving alignment and managing expectations.Apply business consulting skills to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and support decision-making processes.Drive issue resolution to ensure project success and maintain alignment with business goals.Minimum Requirements: Demonstrated experience as a Functional/Business BA working on large, complex programs.Hands-on experience with issue/test management tools like Jira.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various organizational levels.Proficiency to manage project documentation and enhance team collaboration.Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver high-impact PowerPoint materials.Experience with online payment systems or similar projects is desirable.Who we are: Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
