Key Responsibilities: Leading engagements with clients through meetings and workshops to ensure successful implementations Analysing and documenting business requirements Work with the in-house engineering teams to ensure platform solutions meet customer requirements Perform testing aligned to business requirements A committed approach to continuous improvement and client satisfaction Qualifications and Experience: Five years + experience in external customer facing Business Analysis roles Exceptional communication and presentation skills Experience working as a Business Analyst on SaaS implementations Experience with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Broad financial services experience is beneficial but certainly not essential The team is full of very smart people, committed to achieving extraordinary results.
