Your new role Gather Requirements: Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and document project requirements.Write Acceptance Criteria: Define and write clear acceptance criteria to meet project objectives.Translate Requirements: Convert technical requirements into easily understandable terms for a non-technical audience.Stakeholder Management: Navigate and influence challenging stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies to drive delivery forward.Telephony Migration: Manage the end-to-end migration of Telephony services from on-premise to cloud (Genesys, AWS/Azure).What you'll need to succeed Senior Business Analyst experienceStrong experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe practicesProven track record in Telephony migration projects, preferably involving GenesysAbility to work with cross-functional teams and challenging stakeholdersProficiency in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentationWhat you'll get in return
