Senior Business Analyst - Organisational Transformation Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a background in policy, governance, secretariat for an organisational transformation.
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping process design, mapping, and documentation, with a special focus on governance forums and executive-level meetings. Your expertise in these areas will drive the success of transformation initiatives across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:Leading Governance Forums: Oversee and manage the setup of two high-profile working groups, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless handover to the 'Run' phase. These groups will include key executive stakeholders.Supporting Shared Services: Facilitate requirements gathering and process flow mapping to support transformation in departments such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Communications.Process Development & Documentation: Design and document efficient processes for governance forums and administrative meetings, with an emphasis on creating non-technical solutions.Desired Experience:8 + years within business analysis, particularly in process design, documentation, and implementation.High emotional intelligence and a proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization.Extensive background in establishing and running high-level working groups, including organizing, facilitating, and documenting Committees and SteerCo meetings.Strong experience in non-technical requirements gathering and process mapping, specifically within Shared Services or Governance environments.Skills & Qualities:Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.A commanding presence with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.Experience managing agile, high-profile projects involving executive-level stakeholdersStrong organisational skillsCore BA capabilities Further details: This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in driving strategic change while working closely with senior executives across multiple functions.$170k-$180k package (inc super)Sydney candidates only
