Senior Business Analyst - Ms Dynamics 365

Clicks IT Recruitment is proud to be working with a large Queensland government organisation that is on the hunt for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team!

The Role: Location: Brisbane, CBD Rates: $850 - $1000 p/d inc super Hybrid - Work From Home In this role, you will work as a Senior Business Analyst, leading the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation project. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyse current business processes, and optimise solutions to align with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary liaison for stakeholder groups. Produce and present business requirement documents, process maps, workflow diagrams etc. Conduct options analysis to assess the benefits of upgrading or replacing existing systems, aiding informed decision-making. Coordinating with business units, project managers, and interdisciplinary project teams responsible for IT delivery and services. Documenting processes and operations pertinent to proposed solutions, ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment. Lead the requirements gathering process and ensuring the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. MUST Haves: Previous experience (5+ years) as a Senior level Business Analyst. Experience in a Senior level role, demonstrating experience in the development or enhancement of information systems development, deployment and maintenance of applications.
