ASKO Appliances is a market leader in the manufacture and distribution of premium European home appliances globally, and in Australia. A vacant position now exists within QLD Sales to further develop and grow the business.
You will be a result orientated, target-driven professional with a passion for developing new and existing business. With a track record in the consumer goods or other field-sales industry. You will be looking for the next step in your career and relish the chance to be trained and perform in a professional, retail facing sales role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential in this role, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct meetings with ASKO agents to review status of business providing sales development, target updates promoting how 'ASKO adds value' to their business. Ensure products are fully merchandised on a timely basis.Monitor market competitor issues to identify business opportunities and to assist marketing / product teams.Regularly run training for ASKO agents and conduct account representation duties.Establish a customer specific business development plan and advise corrective action or activities required to maximise company objectives.Providing regular business performance updates to Senior BDM, including Call Cycle reporting on monthly basisFully assist in rectifying consumer, customer problems in conjunction with the after sales and service team by providing as much information as possible.Conduct quarterly stock takes with relevant agents within State/Territory.Business/Marketing QualificationsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE High-level communication skillsProven ability to negotiateExperience with design and implementation of business development strategyThe ability to self-motivate and motivate othersExperience working to and exceeding targetsIf you want to join a brand with a rich heritage and a clear vision for the future APPLY NOW!
