Here's how you'll do it: You'll provide all round functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) platform Support delivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting Support the business understand problems, develop solutions & implement through in-platform configuration in the areas of Finance, Supply chain, Fixed Assets, inventory and retail Work with the business to gather requirements Develop detailed functional requirements to a standard that technical developers do not need to do more analysis Support the software delivery team during design sessions, gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables Support test team in creating D365 FO components of test plan and cases Support Product Owners in grooming a D365 FO backlog What you'll bring
3+ years demonstrated experience in Business Analysis 3+ years demonstrated experience in requirements definition and management 2+ years' hands on functional support experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Demonstrated experience in User Acceptance testing and management of this process High level of skills under Strategic Framework for the Information Age University degree in technical, computer science, or engineering discipline or industry certifications in CCBA/CBAP, DevOps, ITIL, COBIT, Risk Management, Security is desirable Flexibility to work on Saturday for deployments and system upgrades if required What matters most?
