About the opportunity
Due to internal movement we have an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Primary Connect Finance Team.
The Senior Business Analyst is a key member of the Primary Connect Investments & Benefits team.
The role partners with the Primary Connect Team to develop financial models that highlight the business outcomes of key investments on the Network development and capacity, technology & innovation projects.
The role focuses on building strong relationships, to co-pilot with the team and being a trusted advisor.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end business case preparation.
Develop robust financial models to support business cases and other investment opportunities.
Support commercial decisions providing feasibility analysis of proposed investments and performance tracking of investments.
Provide independent insights and advice on the end-to-end impact to the group.
Collaborate with stakeholders to track, analyse, and report on the performance of major projects.
Capture and embed learnings to improve delivery of in flight and future investments.
Identify opportunities for processes and reporting improvements.
What you'll bring
Your exceptional commercial acumen, effective interpersonal skills, and proven ability to navigate a large, complex business environment will be key to your success.

A proven track record in developing and evaluating financial models and preparing business cases that support investment decisions Experience as a trusted partner who combines subject-matter expertise with practical judgement Success in dynamic environments, managing evolving priorities and tight deadlines Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing using a methodical and consultative approach CPA / CA Qualifications and 5+ years of experience in Finance are essential for you to be considered for this role.
