Working arrangements: Candidates must work from Services Australia's office a minimum of 3 days per week initially.
Other working arrangements can be considered.

Length of contract: 12 months

Contract extensions: 2 x 12 months

Security clearance: Ability to obtain Baseline clearance

Rates: $90 - $130 per hour (inc. super) - Your rate of submission will be determined based on your level of experience for either APS6 or EL1.

Services Australia is seeking skilled Robotic Process Automation/UiPath Senior Business Analysts to join the Data and Automation Engineering Branch to drive automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions.
The ideal candidates will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business processes for automation.
This role involves engaging with business, gathering requirements, analysing existing processes and identifying improvements appropriate for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Key duties may include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities within business processes.Conduct detailed analysis of current processes and workflows to facilitate RPA solutions.Gather and document business requirements.Develop RPA business cases and use cases for executive assessment.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.Support User Acceptance Testing and the upfront identification of Success Criteria. Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for the role include: Robotic Process AutomationUiPath Essential Criteria: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis. Desirable Criteria: Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.Experience in process mapping, business process modelling, and requirements gathering.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Previous experience engaging with business colleagues for User Acceptance Testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
