What's the role about: CMV Group are on the hunt for a Senior Business Analyst who is ready to make their mark to join their team and play a pivotal role in their digital transformation. This is a brand-new addition to the CMV IT landscape and will join the team at an exciting time. In this role, you'll wear a few different hats including leading crucial digital transformation projects, nurturing business analysis and project delivery capabilities across their group, you'll lead positive vendor relationships, manage key business stakeholders, champion process improvement, and drive value through innovative and collaborative technology solutions delivery. This role would best suit someone who thrives in an environment where no two days look the same! For example; Project management: Utilise your project management skills to select the right solutions, manage successful delivery, and drive value through benefits realisation processes. Business analysis : Analyse and design business solutions using your skills in workshop facilitation, requirements elicitation and documentation, process mapping, process improvement methodologies, and solution delivery capability. Vendor management: Manage positive vendor relationships through formalised service and budget reviews, access technology roadmaps and industry trends, and align business and vendor priorities. Coaching and capability development: Contribute to building project management and business analysis capabilities across the CMV IT group and business SMEs community. There is some travel, however limited, but will be required to their operational sites in SA and Victoria. Strong vendor management experience. A strong understanding of corporate processes and solutions Experienced business analysis skills and experience with structured requirements gathering process improvement, process mapping, and systems development methodologies. A sound understanding of change management approaches and principles. Inquisitiveness, curiosity, and innovation when it comes to technology and data solutions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
