Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for business analysis and a knack for problem-solving?
We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst position on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business success by applying industry-standard analysis techniques and guiding our analysis efforts. You will work closely with stakeholders to uncover and document requirements, manage changes, and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
Your role in action: Analysis & Design: Use industry-standard techniques like data flow and use-case analysis to define client requirements. Solution Development: Employ business analysis tools for gathering requirements and designing effective solutions. Change Management: Assess and manage the impact of external factors on project scope. Business Cases: Develop detailed business cases, including options, financial assessments, and risk evaluations. Collaboration: Work across teams to ensure requirements are understood, change impacts are managed, and solutions are fit-for-purpose. Testing Oversight: Improve test case documentation and ensure thorough testing (integration, system, regression, UAT). Agile Coaching: Drive rapid delivery by coaching Business Analysts in agile/scrum teams and acting as a 'scrum master' as required. Project Support: Support Program and Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of projects, working with both internal and external providers. Reporting & Communication: Assist with reporting and communication across the business, presenting key findings effectively About you: Significant direct and extensive experience of contributing to the success of a range of medium to complex initiatives with escalating levels of complexity and business criticality Demonstrated experience in general business analysis experience relevant to the work of the Function Excellent written communications capabilities, including experience in writing business cases and other formal documents. Strong knowledge and experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes. Strong experience of writing test cases and performing and co-ordinating testing activities, in particular User Acceptance Testing Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and organisational skills Effective negotiation skills, experience in driving change and able to facilitate collaboration between management stakeholders with differing opinions. Systems-oriented, enjoy work with new tools and be a self-motivated learner. Thorough knowledge of and experience with software delivery methodologies, including waterfall and agile Flexible work arrangements that support your professional and personal life thriving together.
