A bit about the job:As the Senior Business Analyst, you'll be ensuring key business goals are understood and requirements are documented.
To do this, you'll be working with design, development and testcolleagues to ensure that quality business solutions that address the requirements of the business are delivered.
We'll look to you to participate, lead and contribute to relevant business and scrum/projectmeetings.
You'll also be leading other business analysts to help us develop the change strategy by supporting projects through the development and testing lifecycle including implementation.
Delivering for customers is critical so considering their needs and being prepared to challenge decisions that are not in their best interests is vital.
You'll need to understand other change initiatives, recognise dependencies, and determine if business benefits can be realised through alignment of change initiatives.
