Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million + personal and small business customers. Within RBS domain sits Wealth and Private (W&P) comprising of Commonwealth Private, Wealth Partnerships and Guidance & Investing businesses. Our mission is to deliver whole-of-customer solutions to High Net Worth and everyday Australian customers.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be required to work with multiple Product Owners and stakeholders within and across the team to deliver customer outcomes and business-led change. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Executive Team and Program Manager in prioritisation and completing core activities associated with the Program including process mapping, process documentation, process optimisation and business impact assessments. Engage in program management, documentation, stakeholder management, risk management, execution and benefits tracking. Identify project management issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary. Communicate and report delivery activities, timelines, impacts and implications to team members, stakeholders and customers. Apply and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the project's impact (on people, process and technology) within the Group. Inform and influence decisions relating to Crew outcomes. Track and manage activities, dependencies and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes. Facilitating, and taking part in workshops that deliver business outcomes. Analytically evaluating effectiveness of proposed solutions, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement with customer experience front of mind. Contribute to the wider program of work's area/s of focus; applying continuous improvement principles to all recommendations to ensure it results in the best customer and staff member experience. We're interested in hearing from people who:
Minimum of 2 years' financial services knowledge and experience, preferably within Wealth Management. Strong organisational, planning, prioritisation, time management and project management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Experience in delivering productivity, process optimisation and continuous improvement projects or initiatives. Experience in using data and statistics to manage business performance. The ability to analyse trends, identify critical threats and opportunities and diagnose problems and issues. Experience in the Microsoft Office suite – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Strong change management and training skills. Effectively manage relationships and communications with program stakeholders, including customers and program or project delivery teams (including both business and IT teams).
