Responsibilities:Lead business analysis efforts for complex projects, focusing on process mapping, business improvement, and requirements gathering.Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.Create comprehensive process maps, workflows, and diagrams to visualize and document current and future states.Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements, resolve issues, and drive consensus.Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and IT solutions.Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on analysis to support business decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; CBAP certification preferred.10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on process mapping and business process improvement.Proven expertise in utilising business analysis techniques and tools to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments, with knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.Benefits:Professional development opportunities and support for continued learning.Collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and growth.Application Instructions:If you have a track record of working within Consulting environments and are ready to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply.
