About the opportunity Due to a recent merger resulting in an increased workflow, Westgold Resources is resourcing a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst (BA) to join the team.
Reporting into the Chief Technical Officer, the BA will be based in Perth Head Office on a permanent full-time basis (Monday - Friday). As a custodian of the Corporate Business Model, the successful candidate will gather and analyse company data to develop and investigate potential solutions (process and system improvements).
This role includes but is not limited to: Financial Modelling of Company Strategy, 5 Year Business plans and forecastsStrategic budgeting, financial forecasting and variance analysisScenario Planning for operations and business development opportunitiesCross-functional engagement with key management stakeholders, including project managers and business partnersTracking Project and operational initiative performanceEngaging stakeholders to align on business objectives and present findings to senior managementAnalysis of operational performance vs budgets and forecastsPreparing business analysis reports for operational and executive meetingsDetailed analysis of root cause issues causing business complexities and solutionsWhat do I need?
