Right now, we're seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role The Senior Business Analyst role will support the Program Delivery projects and will deliver a broad range of business and technical analysis activities including identifying problem areas and opportunities, planning and schedule management, business process analysis, data analysis, feasibility study and analysis, identifying improvement opportunities and solution options and supporting in the development of investment proposals.
What we're looking for Proven experience in a similar role Extensive business and technical analysis experience within a project environment. Experience in process improvement and process optimisation work with Lean/Six sigma or relevant methods. A proven experience in Requirements elicitation and management as per BABoK standards. Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong experience in workshopping and presentations skills as well as leading Business Analysts. Positive team player With a growth mindset culture at the TAC, the successful candidate will have a desire to grow, share and learn with other team members through the TAC Business Analyst community of practice.
