About the role Take charge of driving Business Analysis and exploration initiatives for the Betting Product Technology team.
Streamline our Initiative backlog to optimize workflow speed and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the organization to align priorities, mitigate risks, and resolve dependencies.
Inspire and mentor fellow BAs, ensuring impeccable standards and top-tier quality in all Business Analysis endeavours.
Day to day, you'll cover the following: Clearly understand and communicate the customer and commercial outcomes through to requirement breakdowns. Manage the delivery team backlog. Support delivery & release planning by bringing a Customer and Commercial focus. Deliver business process enhancements as well as technology-based solutions. Elicit and analyse High Level requirements from stakeholders using a variety of techniques. Analyse High Level Business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement & automation. Maintain a high level of requirements quality. Use data and processes during analysis to clarify and validate requirements. Define acceptance criteria and monitor user experience. Ability to communicate requirements so that expectations are understood by the delivery team, both written and verbally. Assess organisational change impact. About You You will have previous business analysis experience in commercial environments.
Excellent understanding of Agile SCRUM and Kanban. Contribute to maintenance of the overall health of the BA capability. Good technical knowledge to understand the right tools and techniques for each project and activity. Proven experience in complex problem solving and analytical thinking. Excellent prioritisation and time management skills. Able to use a variety of techniques to achieve effective outcomes.
