Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month daily rate contract, focusing on the Financial Crimes Program.
This role is pivotal in supporting the Business Analyst Chapter to deliver and execute our Delivery & Transformation Program of work.
You will drive discovery and deliver processes, ensuring complex process design and compliance management are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities: Discovery & Delivery: Lead and participate in the discovery and delivery phased of the Financial Crimes Program or work with a focus on the Customer Risk Assessment (CRA) Stream.
Technical Team Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholder and technical teams by leveraging delivery tools such as Jira and confluence.
Ensure clear articulation and documentation or business and testing requirements, fostering collaboration with technical teams to achieve alignment.
Workshop Facilitation: Plan, run and document workshops to gather requirements, validate processes, and ensure stakeholder alignment on project goals.
End to end leadership: Lead end to end project pieces within the Financial Crimes Program, from initial discovery through to final delivery, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
Stakeholder Management & Communication: You will collaborate with and be able to influence a wide range of stakeholders and be able to communicate with people at all levels.
Process Design & Continuous Improvement: Design and optimise complex business processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency, aligning with the program's objectives.
Also be able to identify opportunities for process improvement, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance Key Selection Criteria: years of experience as a senior Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Financial Crimes & Customer Risk Assessment.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead end to end pieces of work and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and deliver results in a fast-paced environment, ability to quickly adapt to new environments and challenges.
Strong presentation & stakeholder management skills – comfortable with talking and presenting to multiple types of stakeholders including collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, including compliance, legal, technology and business teams Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and support root cause analysis.
