This role is responsible for managing and analysing capital expenditure operations, portfolio analysis and providing analytical support to the Operations Teams for capital works and maintenance delivery.Flexibility is a core part of our award winning culture and this position offers a hybrid working model with a mix of office based work as well as work from home.As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include: Safety and Service Provider management including ensuring Frasers policies are adhered to and maintaining service provider instructionsUpdate risk and asset registers; record and report incidents in safety management systemManage asset warranty documents for new developmentsOnboard new developments from DLP to CMMS for smooth transition from construction to operationsSupport Procurement in establishing maintenance contracts, preparation and sourcing contractor quotes for maintenance and tracking of service delivery and KPIsWorking with Operations Managers, Asset Managers and Property Managers to review budgets and expenditureAssist with tendering process for maintenance and capital worksReporting including monthly management reports for Capex, maintenance tickets and inspections; providing analytical insights and commentaryDevelop and manager property and capital expenditure budgets and forecastsCollaborate with sustainability teams and assist with data gathering and consolidation for purpose of Greenstar Performance, GRESB reporting and corporate sustainability reportingYou may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:Tertiary qualification in a related field highly regarded but not essentialDemonstrated experience as a data analyst with advanced skills in financial modelling and data analysis; real estate, commercial property or facilities management highly regardedKnowledge or experience in OHS or relevant trainingStrong understanding of operational budgets and expenditure; demonstrated experience managing service providers and contractsProficient with MS Office Suites with an ability to read and interpret data in ExcelAbility to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDon't quite meet every single requirement but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
