This role will be supporting a group of Business Analysts who are working on the delivery of the National Healthcare Interoperability Plan to help share consumers health information in a safe, secure, and seamless manner to assist in better health outcomes. The Senior Business Analyst work under broad direction to perform very complex work that provides detailed technical and professional business analysis, system analysis, and design changes that align with the vision and strategic direction of the Agency.This role will require someone who can work independently to perform in a leadership role working closely with stakeholders across the Agency to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes, technical infrastructure, technical services, strategic roadmap, and in the context in which the Agency operates. Senior Business Analysts have considerable internal and external stakeholder interaction and will act as the conduit between the business units, internal stakeholders that will include the IT business management, solutions development and solutions implementation functional teams within the Agency and with relevant stakeholders from the health sector.Skills and ExperienceThe following Knowledge, Skills and Experience will be super beneficial to hit the ground running in this role:Experience providing expertise across a broad range of business analytical activities taking responsibility to interpret and translate analysis results.Leadership experience and have previously been accountable for your own achievements and team outcomes.
