We are looking for a Business Analyst.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance business processes and systems.
Requirements Analyzing the business requirements and processes of clients through document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis Required experience in Rail Freight Participating in the analysis process, including effort estimation and scheduling Engaging with various teams to conduct comprehensive testing, including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration, and performance testing, to validate the business requirements Writing, maintaining, and updating user stories, as well as technical documentation and specifications Collaborating with key domain and technical experts to assess external vendor product offerings Assisting Business Process Leaders in developing business cases to support the implementation of new products or features Developing and delivering functional requirements, high-level designs, and low-level designs based on the requirements Creating SQL scripts to provide data extracts and reports that meet the client's requirements Developing data transformation rules as needed for integration purposes Having at least 3+ years of experience in Rail Freight Management Domain is desirable Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
