Senior Business Analyst

Snr Business Analyst required to support the delivery of a Risk Framework Program within the Banking and Finance Industry. The delivery will involve supporting end to end system development lifecycle, working in an agile project environment with a well established team.
Your Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, validate and articulate risk related needs and requirements to align to business needs/objectives Document and Map out and support the delivery of end-to-end risk management system implementation. Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, reducing inefficiencies, and enhancing risk mitigation strategies. Conduct thorough assessments of existing risk management systems and identify areas of improvement Support testing activities Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth transition to the new risk framework program.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience Minimum 5 years of strong Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry, with experience in working with risk and compliance. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions. Proven ability to deliver a SDLC end to end
