Our client is a key player in Australia's critical infrastructure and is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to assist them in an Enterprise Content Management System migration stemming from an acquisition of assets from a competing business. This role has a preference for Brisbane or Adelaide based candidates, but is open to candidates in Sydney and Melbourne as well. As a Senior Business Analyst in this business, you will be responsible for: Conducting a variety of stakeholder engagements sessions (workshops, interviews, surveys etc), gathering requirements, and creating comprehensive business requirements. Working alongside business and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical outcomes. Acting as the key conduit for communication between IT and Business stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are managed and relationships are maintained. To be successful in this position, you must have experience in the following areas: Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems such as RedEye, OpenText, or Volt in either an implementation or migration project capacity. Relevant end-to-end project delivery experience as a Business Analyst. An understanding of the Critical Infrastructure domain (or similar industries e.g. Telco, Utilities, Oil & Gas etc). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. This is a contract opportunity with an ASAP start date that will run until the project end date of 29/11/24.
