Here's how you'll do it:
Provide all round functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) platformSupport delivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reportingSupport the business to understand problems, develop solutions & implement through in-platform configuration in the areas of Finance, Supply chain, Fixed Assets, inventory and retailWork with the business to gather requirementsDevelop detailed functional requirements to a standard that technical developers do not need to do more analysisSupport the software delivery team during design sessions, gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverablesSupport test team in creating D365 FO components of test plan and casesSupport Product Owners in grooming a D365 FO backlogWhat you'll bring 3+ years demonstrated experience in Business Analysis3+ years demonstrated experience in requirements definition and management2+ years' hands-on functional support experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsDemonstrated experience in User Acceptance testing and management of this processHigh level of skills under Strategic Framework for the Information AgeUniversity degree in technical, computer science, or engineering discipline or industry certifications in CCBA/CBAP, DevOps, ITIL, COBIT, Risk Management, Security is desirableFlexibility to work on Saturday for deployments and system upgrades if requiredWhat matters most?
