About the RoleAs a Senior Business Analyst, DG&S (TLC) in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to look after the business engagement, functional requirements and implementation of the Customer Static Solution (CSS) integration with the Trade-Life-Cycle aspect of the Global Markets trade capture system (Murex).

What will your day look like?The Markets Data team have a broad mandate for improving the integrity, management and governance of data within ANZ Markets. Markets Data are heavily invested in the successful implementation of Murex 3.1 with full Static data integration and automated data flows.
As a Senior Data Business Analyst (TLC), you will play a key role to analyse current Data solutions, Data flows and gap analysis, while working with the Markets Data Static team and the TLC Project to raise issues and track their implementation.
You will work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to identify issues, or areas for improvement, and to raise these to the project to meet the static data requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities include data lineage, data mapping and project management from the Markets Data perspective.
The Senior Data Business Analyst (TLC) will be reporting to the Associate Director – Markets Data Governance & Strategy and primary responsibilities include:
Current data flow analysis and data quality analysis, including calling out potential issues the project may implement via fact-finding on the project interactions.Working with other Markets Data teams to assist in the delivery of Markets Data Static integrating into Murex 3.1 as well as metrics, controls, data flow diagrams, etc.Working with business, change and IT representatives to document changes in the data required, data flow and project updates.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrated knowledge of data flows, a strong understanding of Static Data in a Markets product focus.Good understanding of data architecture and conceptual data lineage and data visualisation.Strong analytical, numerical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with Business as well as Technology Stakeholders in the organisation.Proven business analysis experience and strong direct experience with Data analysis, Business analysis and solution design/implementation. Experience on major projects is desired.A Banking background and ideally operated in a Markets/IB environment.Can appreciate difficult problems and is a self-starter to work autonomously on tasks with medium complexity.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
