As a Senior Business Analyst, you are accountable for bridging the gap between the business & technology communities to support the delivery of tailored fit for purpose solutions that meet the needs of customer and the product vision.
Leveraging the latest Transformation Delivery Standards (TDS) you will work in a squad using Agile methodologies to ensure the right outcomes are achieved efficiently whilst applying the right risk frameworks.
You will be working within the Product and Pricing village for Cash & Transactional Banking, to deliver transactional banking product and pricing capabilities for both new and existing customers.
You will: Build strong relationships through engagement with customers, colleagues, and other key stakeholders Document current and future state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Use information gathering techniques to proactively discover requirements and synthesise information accurately, completely, and coherently.
Work collaboratively in your delivery squad and with business and technology stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements and develop recommendations and solutions that meet business and customer needs.
Work close with your squad members, including but not limited to Product Owners, Scrum Master, other Business Analysts, Tech Leads, Engineers to identify, capture, plan and deliver changes.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills, education & personal attributes: Proven ability to streamline and optimise business processes, particularly in the financial industry, especially related to debit cards and account migration.
Strong skills in analysing data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
Experience in both functional and non-functional system analysis.
Skilled in developing comprehensive business cases to justify investments in new projects or initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, from senior management to end-users.
Extensive experience in leading and delivering complex business and technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value realisation.
