Lantrak is looking for an experienced Senior Bulk Earthworks Supervisor to manage multiple earthworks sites and developments. If you have a strong background in bulk earthworks and are ready to lead with practical expertise, we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
Oversee the execution of bulk earthworks projects across various sites. Provide leadership and guidance to site supervisors to ensure projects are run safely, efficiently, and profitably. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Ensure site supervisors are keeping clear records of site activities, labour, plant hours etc. in Lantrak's site diary. Key Responsibilities:
Manage site operations to meet project KPIs, including cost management, compaction density, profitability etc. Mentor site supervisors, ensuring high standards of work. Ensure plant and staff are utilised effectively across multiple work sites. Address any environmental or safety issues promptly and proactively. What You'll Need:
Minimum 7 years of experience in bulk earthworks supervision or management. Experience in site remediation (preferred but not essential). Strong leadership skills with a focus on communication, safety, and efficiency. White Card and relevant qualifications in earthmoving equipment operation. Why Join Lantrak?
